Does someone has a close up pics of their standard exhaust (back box)? I just got my 06 Spec -C and the sti exhaust on it seems massive, looks like HKS dragger style, are these meant to be standard?

You own an rb320 anyway which are stunning looking cars:thumb: Can you get some pics up please :notworthy I originally had done a deal on a Black STI 06 with 1k miles on it, for £21k which fell thru last minute so I placed an order for a White STI - was told a few days later that there was none available, neither was black so I backed away from the deal - I then had a call from the dealer seeing what could he do to get a sale, after I asked him that question and colours still available (CG or Silver) we closed the deal @ £25k which included the PPP, STI mudflaps, headlight covers and STI floormats & the STI front lip for £300 :) As I use the STI every day I think that all the above happened for a reason, the fact that the car can be filthy yet still appear to be pretty clean, this wouldnt be with the case with Black or White (plus my wife wanted CG from the start!!! - come to think of it, I wonder if she secretly called the dealer and set it up :norty: :norty: ) You may recall that I had pretty much bought those spec c type ra wheels that you had for sale until the white one fell thru :( |
STI genome already fitted - RESULT!!!!
|
STI genome sounds the dog's really smart exhaust

Bloody hell Mark, are you OK mate.
|
i walked away, credit to the car it took full impact
i've got usual whiplash and lower back pains, cuts and bruises on arms & hands, burns from the airbags on lower arms, ankles hurt and chest hurts due to seatbelts |
At least you are walking wounded :thumb:
Sue the buggers, after all who likes bus companies anyway :D |
Oh no! :(
Glad to hear you're ok mate! |
Mark, I'm sorry to see the car in that state mate... but the main thing is you are able to tell the tale. Hope you get it all sorted out with insurance company and receive a suitable compensation payout from the bus company too........... might go some way towards a 2006- STi Type RA if your car is written off. ;):)
Cheers, Grant |
|
Sorry to see the car in that condition, hope you are suitably compensated and back on the road in a new one soon.

Bloody'ell!! hope your ok mate. Gussy is there a big difference after with the 400+ package? |
Juggers don't you mean after the 400 package? the answer to that is yes mid range/top end breathing is opened right up still revs like a good un spoolup is almost the same you can hold it in gear longer meaning you dont have to fight up and down the gears to keep it on song :)
