Black Z3M vs Black 2003? Big Winged Imprezza
Was driving my black Z3M Coupe through Macclesfield towards Stockport last night and spotted a black Impreza on the bypass. Had a big wing on the boot, was pretty loud too. Was the bubble eye(?)
My Coupe doesn't always feel as quick as it should be (M3 EVO engine) and the Imprezza made a good recovery hehe. just interested to know what power it is running as it was quite quick! |
Hi and welcome,
Z3M is a great looking car and a future classic IMHO! What sort of BHP & torque? |
what? you serious? Look like a z3 thats been converted into a herse.
|
+1 for the Z3M, awesome car
|
It could have been one of our lot then again... nah wouldn't have stood a chance:)
|
+2 for the Z3M Coupe, always been tempted but seem to get seduced by the older brothers of the range ;)
|
+3 for once a rare unique styled BMW. At bargain basement prices too.
|
+4 for the sound it makes at full chat
|
Yea the looks seem to divide opinion although they seem to be appreciated more now than when they were new!
Here is the hearse at the ring lol http://myspace-148.vo.llnwd.net/0116...61679148_l.jpg |
I take it you had a bit of a "race" and won???
Because it had a big wing and loud exhaust doesn't mean it was fast:brickwall God it may have been a Sport with the bit's added on or a standard WRX:cuckoo: |

The description was to help identify it not to suggest what power it had lol. That's what I was asking on here! |

Some pictures here:ScoobyNet - Featured Profiles Arvhice Also, did it have original subaru wheels, were they gold or silver. It could be modified in any way, but dependent on your answer you are llong at a car with anywhere between 218 and 320 BHP for a factory vehicle. |
Thanks, just briefly into three figures. I'd hope it wasn't 220bhp lol as there wasn't much in it; I got the impression it was quite pokey as he appeared to pull over after passing a car and back off or change to 3rd slowly (or it was quite laggy) but it pulled back the momemtum quickly.
|
yep it was me..its a uk so 215 bhp but its not running right at the moment well down on power, i think ive got a split hose or somthing :D
|
