I've noticed my clutch is sometimes slipping when I'm on full boost between 3000 and 4000 rpm. My Scooby has 240 hp and 270 lb/ft, 105.000 kms. What to choose: a standard clutch for the next 100.000kms, or an STI-item (much harder in use?).

Seems no one has a lot to say about clutches! Sorry nor do I. See my post above, probably now below.

For what its worth, I'd put in an AP heavy duty. The std rex clutch seems to be very judder-prone. My current STI clutch is a breeze to use, so even if you go that way you'll have no worries in traffic.

My ex-scooby had an STI clutch fitted by the dealer. It is much more aggresive than standard and smooth changes are a bit more difficult. Feels much stronger than standard but cant compare to any other clutch such as AP though.
