Hi Phill, fancy meeting you here. I had a sort of singing woowoowoo noise a bit like you describe and it was indeed the rear n/s wheel bearing. Dealer fobbed me off with its tyre noise until the warranty ran out. Scoobyclinic got stethoscope out diagnosed wheel bearing and fixed it for me. Only thing is your car is brand new, so you have to persuade a dealer (please don't go to J*****s).

Cheers, Diccy.

You'd have to pay for repair at SC as they aren't a Franchise garage. I'm sure they'd pop it on their ramp and tell you whats wrong as a courtesy, don't know if you've been there before but they're really great guys. I'm going down there at end of May with Rill for his remap, they did a 2.5STi last week and got 350/380.

only ever heard good things about them never been down, are those figures for a re-map alone without any mods and did it have ppp, would be very keen, although i recon there may be a warrenty issue. i think if nothing is found today i will pay out of my own pocket and claim it back .

You'll need advice on finding SC if you've never been there before. It is truly in the middle of nowhere, they do a map on their website.

Remap 2.5STi figs are for Sport cat/decat, SC middle and rear exhaust, and of course the mandatory fuel pump.
