...for my pack to arrive after 2 PM's and IIRC a couple of emails.

I can't apologise enough, but basically our supplier has let us down with sticker stock replishment. It is not good and we are not happy..... needless to say, it is finally being rectified this week and we plan to send out packs either late this week or early next week.

I am very sorry.
