Prodrive intercooler hose

On the PPP I believe an uprated intercooler hose is fitted.

Is there any advantage in this as other aftermarket tuners fail to mention it on power upgrades.

On my last mods at Tracktive, which (hopefully) took me to 330/330 ish! I was advised to have my intercooler hoses changed to Samco ones. Now the reason i cannot remember, sorry. This is on an 03 WRX.
