What to check on MY99 UK at 100k miles

Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked and asked again but its taking ages trying to find what I want with the search:sleep:

I have a UK 2000 MY99 with full de-cat system and no other mods, I hit the 100k on the miles last week and wondered if there's anything I should get checked or replaced, I did have a service done a couple of months back at Xtreme Scoobies and they didn't say anything.

100k isn't a lot of miles for the age on a normal car but the more I read on Scoobynet the more I get the impression it is for a Scoob, I'm guessing(hoping) a lot of the talk of the engine going at or around 100k is just scaremongering?, I did have problems with the MAF last year but since fitting a replacement all has been well.

Cheers for any advise:thumb:

Wouldn't worry about stuff 'going', more stuff just wearing out. E.g. on my MY98 WRX it's was a lot of little bits and pieces - neutral gearbox switch, speed sensor, throttle position sensor etc. Mainly electricals really. Shame they cost a bloody fortune at Subaru.

Follow the service schedule and look out for any obvious signs. The 100k mark is not a cue for your car to suddenly break down. If it was running okay prior to this mileage then it will be just fine.
