timing belt/engine

hit the car yesterday and pushed the front end back. The front panel has pushed the rad back and the fan has gone through the timing belt casing. Although the belt is still on the cogs, its wedged behind one of the routing spindles(i know its not a technical term)like so:

is there anything i can do to sort it? Alternatively, is one of these spindles spring loaded to adjust the tension?

Scrap the belt, it has been distorted and damaged.

Ekk thinking about this after, I hope the car wasn’t running when this happened... ?
