Calling all washing machine repair men
 

Having some probs with the washing machine. when I start in on a programe it only sometimes washes the powder away from the drawer othertimes it does a full programe without soap powder. I've had the drawer out and cleaned but prob still here.
Any help please

the water goes through the drawer before it enters the drum. if its leaving the powder behind it would indicate that u have put the powder in the wrong section!! (different programs fill through different sections of the drawer..). Is the powder completely dry or a bit soggy?? This problem could also be due to low water pressure (the stream of water isnt reaching the powder)
