Just got back from the Rally GB Test day in Forest of Dean, as I was running stop control at end of stage I got a good look at the times. Burns 1.5 secs quicker than Simone Jean Joseph in the sister WRC Impreza and a fair bit quicker than McCrae in the WRC Focus aRSe. Obviously times not important as it was a shakedown for the main event but it bodes well for the Prodrive run outfit. Further snippets MAY follow?!?

Yeah and Makinen stuffed it into the hedge on the very first corner.
Bodes well! R |
But what we really need is for the Peugeot's to get stuffed in a hedge http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

In fairness to Simone he is more a tarmac expert but if he is close to burns on pace all the better. There are too many drivers on the pace for anyone to say burns will have an easy win.Carlos has been right back on the pace lately for some reason. What is Auriol doing next year.If he goes to Peugeot he will be a serious contender next year,he is excellent on tarmac as well as gravel.
