urgent help required with harvey's ported headers and up pipe

As above

got them delivered and they were wrapped by him

Can't find where to put the lambda sensor. Was replacing a stainless set so can't check on original. Already cut the wrap in two places and don't want to make a massive mess of it.

Any help to the exact position would be helpfull. I need the engine in within the next couple of hours.

There seems to be two possible places which I've checked. One is just below the up pipe but it looks like this has been welded over or is a casting mark.

cheers

only the early early classics and the newage have this lambda hole.. sounds like they are headers off a different year and therefore no lambda hole.

hmm might be the case

I was asked which year the car was so I would have thought the headers would be to fit?

There is a lambda in the downpipe. Wont it cause probs not having one in the headers?

The car has an apexi mapped with a sensor in the headers and down pipe

I just removed a set of XS stainless ones.

cheers

why does your car have 2x lamba's?? it should only be using one...........

The car has an after market exhaust sytem and is decated.
It sounds like the CAT Sensor has been relocated in the down pipe and the Lambda retained in the collector.
The Lambda should now be relocated in the down pipe and the CAT sensor removed. It unplugs at a connector close to the O/E air box position.
