How to get my name back??

My Pc broke down,so i replaced it.But have moved house and had to have a new IP..

Cant remember my password to my old name but would like it back if possible.

Can it be done as i have no access to my old e mail addy that i registered with??

your old email address will still be there so why not enter it into an account on outlook express and get what you need !

Cant remember my passwords for my old e mail account...did try it that way..
