Power FC Groupbuy, great price!
 

ZEN Performance group buy.

We will supply, fit and map the Apexi Power FC (always with commander) for £695 +vat (£816.63 all in).

All available versions can be supplied, i.e.
Ver 1 & 2 / 1993-1996 (yes, we can still get these direct from Apexi with no issue unlike unauthorised suppliers);
Ver 3 & 4 / 1997-1998 and
Ver 5 & 6 / 1999-2000.

We need 8 names for this price. The group buy will close on March 17th (we are fully booked till then anyhow, so plenty of time to get the 8 names!)

Usual ZEN retail price for supply, fit and map is £800 +vat (£940 Inc.) Or, £280 +vat to map your own Power FC. Yes, you can still save about £60 if you buy from Japan and then get us to map, BUT, ebay etc suppliers cannot get you the version 1 & 2 module, and we always pay our vat, duty, customs etc.

Unfortunately the group buy is for the package of supply, fit and map only.

For info specific to those with the early car (1993-96), without a boost control kit you cannot run over 1 bar. We sell the Apexi boost control kit for £152.75 inclusive (+ fitting of £24.67 inclusive), which allows you to run in excess of this (obviously to a safe mapped level).

If you have cash to splash you can go for an AVCR or an eBoost (ask for prices), which offers more functionality and a cool gizmo on your dashboard! But these are by no means necessary, as the boost kit does the job.

come on guys you know you wanna do it .had my pfc fitted and mapped by paul at zen performance made 284bhp and 291 ft/lb , 98 uk turbo with a few supporting mods . well worth the expense and i believe i get better fuel economy as well since it has been done:)

not to mention safety, u cant beat apexi fc safety when it comes to ****ty uk fuel, and the most annoying 3rd piston running lean scenario...For the price shown its a bargain not to be missed especially for the early wrx owners out there with crap ecus, and most apexi sellers discontinuing the pfc for the early 4 plug models, now is the best time to take advantage of this offer ive seen and been in cars mapped by paul only 1 word to describe..Lethal

I dont know if you rang and spoke to anyone here today - we had a lot of calls! But we are fully booked until first week of April - I anticipate being able to schedule bookings for the mapping part of this group buy that week.

I had another enquirer today on the phone, so if he puts his name down, along with wrxsti280, we can proceed. This will mean taking payment for the ECU and boost control kits (so we can guarantee the price with Apex'i) and then booking for the mapping (when the balance will be paid).

I will confirm this and money to be paid at each stage, as soon as we have the numbers.

Right I rang today to be put on this GB. I have a classic (96) WRX so add me please!!

But as mentioned I will have to get and fit the supporting mods (intercooler, injectors etc before I will need it fitting and mapped!)
