Subaru Impreza Sport (56k No! Go detail a lorry)

This is what I did on sunday. I started at 8:55 and finished at 16:40 approx with a 50 min lunch break.

I had burchased some new car cleaning products last week and it was time to put them into action.

This is what I used:
Poorboys Super Slick and Suds
Chemical Guys Finial Polish
Poorboys Natty's Paste wax
Megs Nxt window class cleaner
Chemical Guys New car smell
German appliocator pad
Sonus Der Wunder drying towl - 2 pack
Megs lambswool wash mitt
Poorboy's Super Thick & Plush Towel - Triple
Poorboy's Deluxe Mega Towel - Single
2 Chemical Guys bucket and grit guard

Plus what I already had
Megs quick clay
Megs Tyre shine spray
Megs Scratch X

Also in this picture is Megs Gold Class shamooo and liquid wax

The started off like this:

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...-/4571ecf1.jpg

I set about jacking the car up and removing each wheel and using my Kartcher cleaning/removing the crap that had built up in the arches. I used a stiff brush to remove of the mud that was in the nooks and crannies.
Heres a pic of me in action
http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...-/50298bec.jpg

Whilst the wheel was off, I cleaned each wheel and tyre inside and out before putting back on the car.

Once I hand done each corner, I soaked the car with the hose then with my lambs wool wash mitt and CG buckets and grits gard with the PB super slick and suds I set about washing the car a la showcargarage.com stylee: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7598756069207401372&q=showcargarag e&hl=en

Once washed once, I dryied the car with the Sonus Der Wander drying towl. This my first time using them. Oh my life, they are so soft, 10 times better than the megs water magnet, which I have used up and till now.

One the car was dry, I clayed the car and spent a little more time doing this, getting in all the nooks and crannies this time around. I also clayed the windows. I then washed the car again and dryed.

I then had some lunch as it was 13:30. I was knackered!

Set back to work and hoovered the inside, and dusted with that Noodle wash mitt I posted earlier this year. This was quite clean inside as I am a clean person...honest.

I decided to remove the 'Sport' Stickers under the side repeaters as one was comming off. This I did using a hairdryer to heat up the sticker and carefully peal off the sticker with my finger nail. Then I used Srctach X to remove the left behind residue, then buffed up.

I then got out the CG FP and used the MF cloth to poilsh the car, doing a section at a time, then wiping off.

Next was to het out the PB Nattys Paste Wax and german applicator pad...oh my god. Such a nice products and easy to use. Again, first time using paste/wax as I have only ever used liquid waxes.

This I applied to the whole car and then left for about 5 mins and then wiped off.

I then dressed the tyres with megs tyre spray and also used this to dress the plastics - side skirts. Then I used the megs nxt window cleaner to clean and polish the windows. This I am not 100% liking on my first use. I think I Prefer AG Glass Polish to be honest. Then I sprayed the 'New Car Smell' in to the cabin and left to settle.

I then packed wvery thing away and put the car back into the garage as the light was too low to take pictures.

Woke up Monday morning and the weather was loverly, so I got the Scoob out of the garage and too some picies with my Canon 30D.

I think that's the best members write up I've ever read on here! Great work, very good attention to detail, that would have won the monthly comp on our site no problem, great work. And most importantly, thanks for sharing! :notworthy
