Afterburner Vortex :thumb:

I've got a nice Hayward and Scott backbox for sale.
Sounds a bit louder than your prodrive one.

I have a DC Sports catback - not the cheapest but the fit and welding/finish are immaculate.Sounds great as well - a bit loud on tickover but not too boomy when on the go.

Another vote for Afterburner Vortex :thumb:

I'd go for the Hayward from Gaz (and no I dont know him lol).
I've got a scoobysport which is basically identical back box, sounds really good burbling around town, sounds superb on full blast, but you can have a conversation on the motorway without thinking it's an annoying drone.

TSL group N back box and deresonator mid pipe :thumb:..... much better than the prodrive box, nice & crisp and doesnt drone anywhere near as much as the H&S jap style or Vortex (both made by H&S)

I had a H&S jap style on the car and it was a complete pain just 2 loud and boomy and was aweful on the motorway..... TSL with mid pipe was much better

Gaz's Hayward is the non-jap one, same as the scoobysport with 3.5 inch round rolled tip exit.

The hayward and scott exhaust bit have really tidy welds.
I was very impressed when i bought mine

I replaced my Prodrive backbox yesterday for an Afterburner Vortex on my MY02STi. It's a bit louder, but not excessively so, and sounds great when you boot it :D
