what is a subaru impreza (razo limited edition)sti

hi all,

just seen a subaru impreza sti for sale but its a (razo limited edition).i have been told they are quicker etc, is this true?

Terzo limited edition?

If that's what it is, it is NOT an sti, and won't be any quicker than a standard UK unless it's been modified by the owner(s)
