Remapping TDI In the north

I have a friend looking to remap a 320D and a Leon TDI, who would you recommend?

torquetechnics(Wishart?) outside Ballymena are supposed to good,had this same problem a while back with a TDi about who to go to couldnt find anyone really that I would trust with doing it so I did bother.
