What if a white person wants to say it in the 'bro' or 'dude' context? So much for freedom of choice! It's actually one of my favourite words - not because of its history or because of its derogetory use but I actually think it roles of the tongue rather well in a way that dude (sounds gay) or mate (sounds english) doesn't.

Sadly, we white niggas aren't Samuel L. Jackson, and we sometimes have to settle for being an outsider from a culture we might aspire to. It's a hard muthafcukin' fact of life, nigga, but it's one that your ass is going to have to accept :D
