chewing gum on seat
 
anyone know the best way to remove chewy of a seat

customer got in with it all over there backside "accidents happen"
so got to clear before i work tonight:cry:

any advice greatfully apreciated:thumb:

Freeze it, ice cubes in a freezer bag so you don't soak the seat and once its frozen solid it'll chip off. Takes a while and you'll need some patience but works a treat..

I have heard lighter fuel ( zippo type) will shift it.

I've used this method to get it off clothes, I chipped away using my finger nails so no chance of any damage. You just need to keep feezing it as it softens when it warms up. Shouldn't damage the material as long as you take your time:thumb:

job done :) lighter gas and a AA card to scratch it off you know you can rely on the the aa sign:lol1:
then cleaned with autoglym interior cleaner
all good now so thanks for all your speedy remedies peeps:thumb:
