rac fitted new windscreen on my car broke 1 of my finishers running across my roof thay denied all responsability anybody else had problems with them

Not with rac but the aa. I broke down at 16.30 and called them out they turned up an hour later not to bad so far. The best is yet to come. They had a look decided they couldn't do it on the road side and offered to take me home then return to car and take it to the garage for me great i thought. Next morning got a lift to work past where i broke down car still there. Rang aa said they would pick it up in 30 minutes so i waited anyway that 30 mins past so rang again told sorry will be another 30 mins but you guessed it 30 mins later no aa in the end it cost £15 on mobile and they turned up at 13.15 only5 hours later than first told.
