Need help please !

What oil do i have to use in my 03 sti, been told to use either Helix {shell}or Magnatex Castrol} which one is the best.:wonder:
{sorry didn't have a clue on how to spell them}

i use magnatec semi synthetic ,but mines a 94 jdm,what does it say in your user manual for your car?
