Just wondering, ive seen alot of downpipes for sale that lok like this at the top of the neck that meets the turbo...

but on mine, it has 2 necks? one is bigger than the other, the smaller one is on the right where the waste gate is....

so what does his mean? have a got a crap system??

You have whats called a twin dump downpipe rather than an open mouth downpipe.

I think it will be debated for a long time which is better. IMO doesn't make much difference but the twin dump can restrict the opening of the waste gate.

Nope, yours is designed like that to avoid the wastgate gas interfering with the flow of the turbine gas. The prodrive one I fitted had a piece of metal dividing the 'mouth'. So like the pic up there (called open mouth style) but with a piece of metal in the middle.
How effective separating the gas flow is I don't know, but prodrive know their stuff.

There is even this style.
