Help Needed Here TT One Regional Start Up Problem ?
 

Need some advice on this please..... when I started the unit today the SD card gives the appearance of loading accross the bottom of the screen and then the unit fires up but for some reason mine trys to load then as the line travels part way accross the screen it appears to stop then fail I then get the image of the SD card on the screen with a red cross through it suggesting to me that it has failed ?

Any advice out there please ?

I've done a restart but that has not helped at all... I've also pulled the card out and inserted both with unit on and off but no joy there either.

can't find anything on the web site for trouble shooting tips ?

It's a brand new unit as well, won it in a raffle just before Christmas.
