Motorstorm on PS3

Wow, really good game. No freezing issues like my 360 and machine is so quiet. If this is the sort of thing to expect from Sony then its all good. Graphics are good and this would be quite at home in an Arcade.

Evolution are one of the best studios around today, some of their racing technology behind the scenes is literally astounding.

PS: Lets hope they get the online modes working for the Euro launch ;)

Thats interesting. My 360 is noisy all the time whereas my PS3 which is on just as much, if not more is virtually silent and they are both side by side.

My 360 has stopped freezing I think, might have been an update but I bought a cooler off Ebay

Be careful with those. If it's one of the ones that plug onto the back of the console, there have been reports of them drawing too much current and destroying the 360.

There are times when it is best to ignore sound measuring equipment and rely on your ears.

I defy anyone to tell me that the 360 is quieter than the Wii - or indeed the PS3 in a real world situation.
