Headlight relay and Front strut bar

The headlight relay im looking for has all four pins going the same direction....

and does anyone have a cheap strut bar going for a classic??

I probably have the relay but tell me where it is located on the car, I also have a STI Strut brace, Brace £100 relay £10 p+p £10.
