Swapped over suspension today
 

And boy, what a long job, took me about 4-5 hrs, what with jacking up each side/wheels on/off etc plus the task of removing VERY tight bolts i was knackered,but well worth it, lowered too now, swapped coilovers for STI setup, very cool, adjustable damper at rear via a knob and at the front via the top of the topmount.

Took me about 7 hours to swap AST's from my mates car to mine, had to fit my OE stuff back onto his as well though. Transformed the car :notworthy Wish I still had it :cry:

i know how you felt, does transform the car when ur not happy with a setup and go to one u are.

not sure on the STI adjustment on the fron tstruts tho, the rear has a turn knob,1-4 setting, cool, the fronts have like a very small turn dial on the top mount centre nut1-4,cant see hwo u adjust this tho ?
