I went to a dealer in Cardiff and enquired about a PPP for my car - a MY00 euro import, and was told that I could'nt have one because its not an official Uk car http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif I'm going for a Unichip anayway but are they telling me porkies?

Here in Switzerland we can order the PPP package for our UK-spec cars without any problem! Maybe you should contact Prodrive directly!

I wouldn't bother with the PPP, it's way overpriced for what you get. You should try and arrange a test drive of a WR Sport car either through your local dealer or directly with Prodrive and when you have driven one I think you'll decide not to bother.

I was also told by Lancaster of Sevenoaks that you can't have a PPP on a euro import but I'd contact Prodrive direct to see what they say. Surley they want the business?

Speak to Prodrive direct. They have no problems fitting PPP to Imports.

How weird is that? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/confused.gif
I guess it's a warranty issue thing.

Stef.

Sammy,

Total cobblers. I know of lots of Euro-cars with PPP kits. Your dealer is not permitted to discriminate against a euro-sourced car in any way. They even got a letter from Ed about it last November (I think). Tell them to read the mail they get from IM.
