I have photoshop CS which is brilliant but photoshop CS2 has been released, I'd go for that one personally.

Being someone who uses PS all day there is no real difference between CS and CS2

Or just download CS2 and image ready for free off Limewire or such like. Mines worked perfect.

Id say there are some subtle differences but most of them just irritate you since your used to CS and version before, they introduce new ways of doing things.

For example to load boundaries of a layer i.e. marching ants around the perimeter of a layer you cant just do Ctrl + Layer Click. You have to specifically clickon the layer icon as Ctrl + Layer click now only highlights the layer.

Nevertheless, i find Illustrator CS2 a little better than illustrator CS
