Whats GEMS worth?
 

Dunno what section to put this in... but I might be upgrading my ECU on MY98 STi Type R... If I can get OK money for my GEMS ECU...
So, whats a GEMS ECU worth with software and dongle...? ( ps, i'm not interested in selling the software and dongle seperate )

I've often wished i'd of gone GEMS/Motec/et all, for ALS alone :D

why have you deceided to change mate?
I could do with the dongle and software as im running a GEMS aswell, but as you say your not splitting it.

550-600 is the norm for the ECU ONLY!

Dongle and software as well add another 120-150 onto it

700 for the both together is a reasonable price for it.

If 550 is what people will sell GEMS ECU's with dongle and software for..............................I'll buy yours right now!..................................and I don't even need it. (got one already)

Mapped on a laptop on a private road... cough cough...

they come 'empty' and need to be set-up for the particular car/mods, etc..................

normally "supplied, fitted & mapped" for around the £1600-1800 dependant on exact age/set-up/etc...............

£650 including dongle etc seems very reasonably priced to me. Shame that its for a later car.....
