Which RE 050?

I'm replacing 2x Bridgestone RE 050 - 215/47 R17 87W on my 05 WRX.

Looked om mytyres and there are three different RE 050 - which is the right one?

Emailed mytyres and their reply

"As for the suitability, if the tyre size matches the one in your
vehicle’s documentation, there is no problem in fitting any model to your car. However, the first model "Potenza RE 050 A 215/45 R17 87W" is an asymmetrical tyre, the second model "Potenza RE 050 215/45 R17 87W BW" has a black side wall and the third model "Potenza RE 050 215/45 R17 87W" is a regular tyre."

Got mine from Micheldever Tyres.
The RE050 215/45 R17 GZ 87W are Impreza specials as fitted to New Age WRX. Any would be OK but the above would be best.

wintn - thanks for this.

Going to Micheldever Tyres on saturday - about £190 a pair fitted.

Don't mean to confuse the issue for you, Mick, but are you really committed to RE 050s? I've used Goodyear F1s on a different car and like quite a lot of people on here have now replaced the old RE 050s on my WRX with them. So far they are being all that they were when I used them earlier -- more grippy in wet and dry, less tramlining, less understeer, and quieter... And they were £80 each!

I have been using the F1s on a Classic for a while now and find them a good balance for grip, handling, comfort and noise.

However, I have now found this site (US) which compares different tyres:
