Yep. That car had been reported as stolen in the UK, then turned up in the US, driven by the same guy. Apparently.

What an idiot the guy is though :eek: Shipping both cars to the US to avoid getting them repossed, not registering them in the US, and then his wife got caught driving the SLR with no driving license :rolleyes: That was just the start of it too :eek:

The interesting fact was that Ferrari actually quoted to repair the car back to showroom/as new spec!

Said it would cost an estimated $300k to repair...bargain! :D:D
