Sky TV abroad

Hey guys, is anybody clued up on this?

I was wondering if it is possible to recieve UK sky TV abroad. I know that you can get it in spain, but I'm thinking more of the further away places. Basically I'm moving across to Bahrain in the new year, and although you can get sky news (different service) and the US channels espn, cnbc etc. Is the any way to get sky over there...streaming from my UK PC/sky box maybe...any clues?!? Can you get sky through broadband? as that would be ideal.

Many Thanks,

Matt

Sky typically use Astra satellites in geostationary orbit. The footprint doesn't stretch to the middle east -
