Cutting out when cold

I get this problem was it's cold in winter in summer it's fine

The car starts no problem when cold and idles fine

If I drive it before it is well up to temp (10-15mins) then at the first opportunity it will stall and be difficult to start and power is not really there

If you leave it a a few seconds it will start with a struggle (not fun in early morning traffic at a junction)

It must be damp/heat related but not sure what????

I have changed the coolant temp sensor and the voltage was low on the throttle position sensor, I adjusted it and was much better when driving once warm but did nothing for the cold starting problem

Could it be the plugs or coil packs???

No cash to send it to a garage and too lazy to get up 15mins earlier

I unplugged when running and it stalled which I believe it should

I have swapped it with my other car which is running fine to no avail

I will check the voltages against my other car
