Blub!

I need 4 new 215/40x18's Pirelli P7000's - like really soon!

Best price so far £120 a corner which is a terrifying £480 all in. What options are there?

These 18's seem like a liability - there only seems to be a tiny choice of tyres avaialble. What else is there?

Any help to trim down this "Need this just before Xmas" Moment gratefully received!

I love my Proxes (215/35x18)...I think Falken has one in that size as well...the S02's aren't made anymore IIRC (225/35x18), and there seems to be some problem with the quality of the PZeros...

I'm going to buy Proxes the next time as well.

:D

I've got the Falken FK451's (215/35/18) also good - very grippy in the dry, a little slippy in the wet.

Don't be tempted by the PZero's, my Dad had some on his old car and they burst inside - black powder everywhere and he'd have never known if he didn't go and get the other front tyre changed and got both done at the same time.

S-03 has been released in 215/35-18.

Thanks for the replies Gents, i've had my eye on the Proxes and Falkens.

What sort of money are they? And who supplies them?

Cheers

My P1 has 225/35ZR18 Yokohama's on. 215/40 seems a strange size??

I do rate the Yokohamas - always have done.

Kurt
