Hesitation under acceleration!!

Can anone help?! I have a 2001 bug eye WRX which hesitates under acceleration! I have had it hooked up to a diagnostic computer at a subaru dealer and no fault codes are showing. I have changed the air flow meter andair pressure meter located on the throttle body (This item did throw up a fault code once) but i still suffer with hesitation argh!!!!!!!!

have you changed out the fuel filter? how many miles on the car? run a can of injector cleaner through it?

Thanx for that info!

The car has done 64K. The day i posted this my ECU light came on so i took it to a friend who works for Subaru. The fault code was P034 i believe (Camshaft sensor) I bought a new sensor and now the car runs like new!!! I have so much more power and no hesitation. I know a few people have had the same problem and wondered if this could be the answer as it has gone on for months with no fault code. :luxhello:
