If you break an X0OX360 CD can you get it replaced FOC?

I seem to remember if you have the original but you damage it, you can get it replaced, does anyone know if that is true?

Happened to me - the discs are covered by a 90 day warranty, the shop should swap it if you still have the receipt.

Thanks for the link but i think thats for computer disks rather than XBOX360 games.

Unfortunately the disk is older than 90 days, so no joy there. Looks like i'll have to buy it again :(

It should apply to all Microsoft software regardless of platform. Its best to give them a ring. I take it, it can't be fixed with a scratch remover ?

Buy a new copy. Then take the old disc back after xmas and then sell the new one on ebay ???
