How have you done that then? :wonder:

mattymad 04 December 2006 09:38 AM

i spent 300 pounds for a inderpendent report thats on my side

Phil 04 December 2006 09:45 AM

Firstly if you instructed someone to look at it then its not strictly independant

Who is the expert?

If he is a TRUE expert pop down to CAB and they will advise the way forward

mattymad 04 December 2006 09:49 AM

i got the phone number from the smmt [new car code of practice] so it will stand up in court.subaru report came from standox wich supply uk paint shops for subaru.not so inderpentdent.

Phil 04 December 2006 09:56 AM

Well then it looks like you need to push this further.

Try CAB or if you have legal assitance on your home ins policy give them a call

LOL, perhaps the Subaru people need new spray guns for Christmas

mattymad 04 December 2006 10:46 AM

they need to loyal to customers not to there paint supplyers.this is the secound time this has happened the first was on my bugg eye and they got away with that,i sold the car.BUT NOT THIS TIME.

V4JDMSTi 04 December 2006 01:26 PM

have heard of this on other imprezas. do a search on here and see what the others have done.

how comes these would show up now though rather than when you picked the car up from the dealers?

mattymad 04 December 2006 03:36 PM

I bought the car as x demo and then reported it the day after
