It's been bugging me since i forgot to wind the watch i had on the other day and it had stopped and i wanted the exact time to set it by again.

Teletext is usually pretty accurate. :)

Yep, usually use BBC teletext at home (was on train when noticed watch had stopped) but it would be handy to know how to do it from my phone....e.g. for setting system clocks at work that need to be accurate for SLA purposes etc..
