Pizza craving
For some reason I'm craving an enormous pizza for lunch today. Maybe it's because my wife did a salad for dinner last night, or maybe because I'm just a greedy b4stard.
What's the best national pizza chain? |
I really like Papa Johns, although the ones in America are better.

Level 2 meltdown personal..!
|
Must be alot of toffs voting this. Since when has pizza Express been a ballplayer? Pizzas are tiny and overpriced and served by umpa lumpas.
The best and always will be is PIZZAHUT. All u can eat for £4.99. DOn't touch the crusts or salad just eat the main bit and you'll get thru at least 4 pizzas.:eek2: |
None.
Can't stand Cheese. |

Best way is to get a breadmaker, make your own dough, slap some dolmio on a base plus whatever's in the fridge, Domino's is to expensive, 50 quid the other night for 6 of us having small/personal each and a few sides. Best ones you get ever are simple ones in French or Italian bistro's when on holiday. |
Agreed, I think Dominos is far too expensive. I was tempeted the other night so me and the missis got two between us. Would have been better popping down the local kebab/pizza place to be honest, I was not impressed by Dominos effort at all.
|
Pizzahut when they have the toppings in stock. Dominos costs a fortune.
|
i would never go to dominos....they put fuk all topping on and they employ young offenders, illegal immigrants, chav scum, delivery boys who think they are barry sheen trying to get their knee down on those 50cc hairdryers, acne ridden pubescent teenagers, minimum wage inbred mutants.
at pizza hut the waitresses are young attractive 'just left school and taking a gap year' and would happily bend them over for an extra side order in the Gents Lord Shrek......fuk making pizzas that give you constipation like J4cko the skiv....buy 1 get 1 free at tescos/sainsburys :thumb: |
I voted Pizza Express as I read it as Pizza Hut:mad:
|
PIZZA GO GO!
|
Pizza Hut for delivery every time :thumb:
The local Dominoes chain used smart cars to deliver their pizza...the drivers manage to tip over most of them and wreck them. Feck knows what they do to the pizzas  |

Dominos are pretty expensive pizzas... but taste lush !!!!!!!
mind you... it does help when you get your daughters staff discount!:luxhello: :thumb: |
i dont have dominoes near me :(
i have to go to the local kebab place or pizzahut if i have time :) |
Pizza Express's 'Sloppy Guiseppe' is the way forward. What a work of art!
Cheers Kav |
Roma Pizza.
I drive 7 miles to the only outlet I know. The Roma Supreme is amazing |
I voted Dominos as they always have deals on so I thought they were cheap, yet some of you say there expensive. May have to shop around next time.
Pizza express is my favorite if I go out for a pizza, closely followed by Zizzi and frankies & bennies. |
Geno's Pizza is the best :thumb: It is a national chain but they only have one outlet in the UK which happens to be in my home town of 'Tellins. When I say national chain, they will be happy to serve anyone from the UK as long as they collect...
Their pizzas knock the socks off the major national chains who boast many outlets by a flippin country mile :notworthy |

Ahh, the gastronic delights of the Supermarket pizza, thing is with making one you don't have to go to the supermarket and you know whats gone in to it. Domino's leave me feeling ropey, so salty and greasy. |
The only 'OK(ish)' supermarket ones are the Pizza express ones i reckon.
|
Home cooked ones are crap 'cos your usual oven doesn't get anywhere near the temperature needed to do a proper pizza.
My local pizza go go is best - pappa john's is crap. |
Either Pizza Hut or the independents are the best.

You learn well my young apprentice :thumb: Although I will add a few insults about the Dominos workforce They carp on endlessly about stuff they really don't care about and are total fantasy merchants, you can't believe a word the social misfits say. A typical bunch of repressed tosspots who drive souped up, multicoloured, neon lighted, ****box cardboard boxes, when they are old enough to know better, but unfortunately never strut their stuff. Life is too short to engage with them on any level. DJ Vinyl Ritchie...........Get yourself to Pizza hut, smash f00k out of the totem pole under the table, whilst a blonde, buxom 18yr old with pig tails and sprayed on black trousers, with her a thong wedged up her arse is taking you order :thumb: |
pizza express for a slightly grown up bit of nosh
pizza hut for when you just want to stuff your face |
Perfect Pizza, used to work for them so got good discounts...
pizza hut, not bad. Dominoes, not bad but odd flavours / toppings Famous Moes, again odd flavours, ott on oinions :( Easy Pizza not tried, pizzas are cheap £4 but they only deliver, and have a sliding scale for delivey, which they never display, so you can bet its 8-10 for delivery Mart |
not pizza hut theey ballsed our order up from work,
a 400 quid one as well |

Cheers Kav I've just finished eating one of those with some dough balls :D |
If you don't mind waiting for 10 minutes for pizza to arrive, then joing the scrum
good value though, if you can stay long enough to actually eat anything |
