I'd expect most of you never watched this facinating program on male infertility but.....How easy are they making it look?

I think in the whole series there have only been 2 failed pregnancy test! Many, many people spend 10s of £1000s achieving absolutely nothing!

Yeah, but when an operation only gets 6 live ones, and most men are producing millions and fail to hit the spot!

But being able to identify and pick up one sperm, snap the tale off and inject it directly in to the egg is amazing.
