Just trying to find a decent dealer out of the London area as servicing prices seem to drop rapidly the further out you go.

I can blag a work trip to Peterborough and it would be great to get my servicing done at the same time. Donalds Garage Ltd in Peterborough fits the bill perfectly for cost and location but I just wondered what people think? Has anyone used them and how would you rate them.

Donalds have only had the franchise a short while (6 months?) I've got parts from them and they seem OK but I cant comment on the service standards. TSL do all my work in Nottingham. Have to ask what experience mechanics have with only having the franchise a short while. Always seem to be plenty of scoobs around the workshop.

Booked it in for the 14/12/01 so fingers crossed. They seemed a very helpful outfit over the phone. At least the 250 mile round trip will help me compare the before and after !

Very, very pleased. Fantastic service from the service / parts area and the total bill was exactly what I was quoted with no 'extras' so that was nice.

Only problem was I went for a test drive in a new scooby with a prodrive exhaust so it looks like I'll be spending more money there soon...
