Flaps on a Classic.

Hi all

Thinking of putting some flaps on my99 classic.

Has anyone got pics with them on, undecided at the moment.

Dave

you really need to use the search engine buddy, there are tons of threads on this subject believe me...

but if you narrow down your question by telling us the colour of your classic, we could post up similar scoobs with flaps

haroldhettaturbo 22 November 2006 01:03 AM

lol yes that would help.

Its silver my99, thinking of putting black flaps on with the subaru logo in silver.

Aye been thinking the same tbh. I have a Silver MY00 Classic and am also thinking of Black Flaps with Silver lettering.

Are the sti ones the same as the prodrive ones on the rb5?

the sti ones look slighty thinner.

some flaps iv seen, seem to stick out to far for my taste.

Ebay, a company called Mud Ban which is run by scott lowe. They've been on a year and still looking pretty good. I got them when they had no feedback, so took a chance and got them for £26.

Easy to fit, no drilling, just undo a couple of screws and jobs a goodun

DazW 24 November 2006 11:13 AM

Are the ones on Scott's website 5mm Kaylan & his Mud Ban one's 3?

chippy17 24 November 2006 11:31 AM

I think they were from Prodrive, but I bought a set of what they called 'stone guards' ie mini mudflaps, I think they look great in a subtle way, bought them off Revolution.

a bit hard to see the flaps, but they are there :)
