APP - Sheffield
 

After being on the wrong end of customer service from garages more times than I should I felt it was time to sing the praises of a recent set up in Sheffield that I am absolutely over the moon with. After struggling to complete my defi guages late on Friday (cheers for your help Mark) I called APP in Sheffield who arranged to come and collect my car one morning to complete the small job left and return my car whilst I was at work.

Paul from APP was extremely helpful going out of his way to perform this service and I returned home to find my car tucked away in my garage with a top job done all at extremely reasonable rates. To say I was delighted with the service is an understatement.

I don't want this message to seem like I am crawling to APP but it was such a refreshing change to get this high level of service, I will have no hesitation in letting APP look after my scoob in the future and would highly recommend them to all. Im with you on this one fella

Service,new discs and pads,suspension fitting,gauge sensor fitting all done by app so far!

Needless to say,top service and quality from the guy's down there

martin and paul both know there stuff,and job turnaround is unbelievably quick

IIRC 3 hours from drop off to pickup on the suspension and about an hour for the defi sensors,and priced accordingly,not stretched out as with some dealers and garages

money well spent as far as im concerned

Oh and newage sti discs and pads around 60% cheaper then a main dealer

I cannot coment fella,as i never went there,but one of the guys,paul at app worked at bentleys subaru with the fellas from subaru service centre,so i dare say his knowledge is first class

I'm delighted to say I now use and will continue to use APP. Paul and his two ace mechanics are excellent. If you've got a subaru in the sheffoeld area then you would do well to use APP. Top customer service, excellent workmanship and reasonable prices.

All done in good time with no surprises.
