Final Lord of the Rings just finished
 

Quality set of the Trilogy shown over the past 3 weeks ......... well and truly sits up there alongside the Star Wars Films.

Well done Channel 4!!

If you ain't seen the Extended Editions, you ain't really seen 'em. Full trilogy EE's can now be had on DVD for about 18quid now.

Not all three ... watched the first two - missed the third, it probably came out in the summer??

much preferred to sit in my new reclining sofas with a beer, then sit in the cinema for 9 hours plus in total

cracking films, but there is a lot of men touching each other in a "fond" way in all 3, especially the last one :eek: never really noticed it the first time around :lol1:

had a good laugh making up new lines for the characters last night :lol1:

Top films, saw all these in the West End :thumb:

The're alright, and have some good action/battle scenes, BUT.........
