When one has a lightened flywheel, should lightened pulleys also be used?

As per my subject really folks :)
I just wondered as the lightened Kaiten flywheel I have has made a difference to my car, should the pulleys be changed too?
Would changing the pulleys make any real difference?
Is it noticable like the flywheel is?
How long would it take to change the pulleys?

As basically I keep reading about the pulleys being changes as well as the flywheel and my mind is trying to understand what it's all about.
But with the 3 brain cells I have left only colliding around every Thursday lunchtime, it is hard for me to 'picture' in my mind what it all means!
