Think hes got a good 6 months worth of recover at the least from what I read.

The BBC said Top Gear was being postponed until he has recovered sufficiently to take part again.

No no no. It's re-titled "Pocket Man" because of his size:D

I have read the Mirror interviews this morning and according to that he has physically recovered but is still suffering mentally. He says he can't watch anything scary on TV as it really sh1ts him up and he makes a point of saying how he is annoyed with himself for putting his parents through having to see him in hospital. He says they never like watching him do the dangerous stuff for top gear and the accident seems to have proven them right. He has allegedly only been taking nurofen for a couple of weeks, no other medication so signs are good

I don't think they will axe TG but i doubt it will be the same again, at least I don't think hammond will be doing anything dangerous/high speed again.

Oh! Is it fashionable to talk about Hammond again? I wish someone had told me!

From that interview: ".. There are people who fall off their trikes at the age of four who've got better injuries than me. I've been through hell and I've got nothing to show for it except a chipped tooth! I'm gutted... "

He hasn't lost his sense of humour anyhow ... :D
