Next year my car's going into the bodyshop to have some work done, but at the moment I'm torn between the WRC look and the F2 'maxi' look. Here's some pics of the two rally-derived styles:

FORD ESCORT F2 MAXI

WRC

Pro's:
Inspirational rally-bred looks
Off-the-shelf bodykit
Ease of fitment
Relatively cost-effective

Con's:
Common sight on the club/cruise scene
Cannot be confused for a Cosworth because of the mk6 face

F2

Pro's:
Extremely rare (Only a handful of road-going f2 reps in country)
The 'what's that?' factor at clubs and cruises
A more faithful rally replica (the original car was based on a mk6)

Con's:
Cost of developing the prototype bodywork (£££'s)
Huge arches not to everyone's taste
Cost of bigger wheels, altered suspension and extending the driveshafts to fill those huge arches

Have a look at the pic's and leave a vote here, whichever rally replica style wins will be the one I go with!
