Training Ctd
Doing lots of good things with legs (rowing/x-trainer/biking), want to do some more things with upper body.
Sit-ups is an obvious, so what should I be looking at? Worth getting a sit-up bar or "abdominal bench" type thing? Not done weights before, so should I be considering those as well? See a few "deals" on fleabay including hand dumbells. Also, press-ups are a bit of a no-no with me as my collar-bone is not attached to my shoulder, BUT I want to strengthen up shoulder/chest muscles - what other options have I? |
