AudiLover 06 October 2006 04:43 PM

hes ruined the car.

Shark Man 06 October 2006 07:20 PM

Probably, it will have completely ruined the instant throttle response that the supercharger would have given (whatI'd look for in a good road/track car). But once it has wound up though - it is insane

Wonder how long it will last like that? Especially being driven like that too with no extra measures taken for oil, water or charge cooling. And no upgrades to the transmission, clutch and brakes. :wonder:

Still want one though :lol1:

Generic User 06 October 2006 07:31 PM

Good point Shark, take my "project Bentley" as an example. When trying to achieve 800lbft+ I've addressed issues with the gearbox, diff, charge cooling, brakes and suspension. And this guy has done...erm, very little else indeed.

Mind if you've got enough money to blow on a GT, then blowing up an engine is just and ecuse to build a better one - that's the American way :lol1:  ;)
