it was not a problem to mask it up while in the car and dust some black paint over at the beguining of the year, i cant see a problem flocking it in the same way?

seams like everybody has bought a kit, but nobody has used it yet!

Sorry Mick don't want to stray from your original question to far...

It would take a very brave man to have a DIY go on this I feel, especially with the dash in situ. Maybe an idea would be to pick an old dash up from a scrapper and have a go at that to be on the safe side then if it works out then take the plunge and swap them over :thumb:

Wheels are ready and waiting to go on mate.. He recently changed to the Revolution milleniums but i prefered the speedline turinis in gold.

So i have a set of 18x 8 Gold turinis next to me ready and waiting :D

Not bad advise mate.. try Jap performance Parts

They supplied my slave dash :D Really really helpful and the guy will post a dash to you for only £15 next day delivery :D

Si, i just also better mention that Paulies dash is trimmed in alcantara.. i got a quote for this exact same job and it was around £800 for a full dash.

I went with flocking instead as i wanted the WRC look :D (and a tiny bit cheaper) :D

The finished article is very very similar to Paulies though mate :D

Alcantara... http://www.imprezasport.net/forums/s...lt/slobber.gif you can just imagine your passengers hugging the dashboard on route imagine that ! £800 is a serious amout of cash to spend out  but looking at Paulie's results well worth it if someone does have that sort of disposable income.

With this sort of job it is all in the finish... it's there in your face you can't hide any of it, really looking forward to seeing the flocking results :D

Thats an alcantara trimmed dash mate and is available in any colour you like.

You'll have to find a very good trimmer to do it and will cost you in excess of £800
